Plans and billing
Constellation OS is licensed by subscription tier. Your plan controls the assistant model, how many assistant queries you can send, and which prediction fidelity tiers the platform will run for you.
Compare plans
| Plan | Best for | Price | Assistant | Assistant queries | Prediction tiers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Guest | Evaluation, no account | Free | Constellation Basic | 10 total | None |
| Standard | Operators and small teams | $10 / month | Constellation Standard | Unlimited | Bronze (all domains) |
| Pro | Analysts and engineering | $100 / month | Constellation Pro (reasoning) | Unlimited | Bronze, silver, gold |
| Enterprise | Large programs and regulated environments | Custom | Constellation Enterprise | Unlimited | All tiers plus custom-trained models |
Guest
You can open the console and use it without creating an account:
- Full globe and simulation access with the demo fleet
- 10 assistant queries total, on the basic chat model
- No prediction backends and no live platform API access
Guest mode is a real evaluation surface, not a locked demo: the globe, timeline, asset imports, and deterministic analytics all work. When the query counter runs out, the console prompts you to sign in.
Standard and Pro
Both plans are self-serve. Upgrade under Settings, Account in the console; checkout and plan changes run through Stripe, and the same panel opens the billing portal for invoices and cancellation.
- Standard gives you unlimited assistant queries on the Constellation Standard model and every prediction domain (SNR, traffic, weather, jamming, conjunction) at bronze fidelity. Bronze is the operational-forecast tier: sufficient for day-to-day monitoring decisions.
- Pro adds the Constellation Pro reasoning model for multi-step analysis, plus silver and gold prediction fidelity where you need tighter confidence, and a priority inference queue.
Prediction domains and fidelity
Domain and fidelity are independent axes. Every paid plan covers all five domains; plans differ in how tight the model's answers are.
| Domain | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|---|---|---|---|
| SNR and link quality | Operational margins | Enhanced propagation | Mission-critical bounds |
| Traffic and congestion | Fleet utilization trends | Higher-fidelity demand | Tight queue forecasts |
| Weather and rain fade | Gateway pass outlook | Refined atmospheric loss | Pass-critical availability |
| RF jamming | Interference screening | Improved classification | High-confidence geolocation |
| Conjunction risk | Screening-level TCA | Tighter probability bands | Mission-critical windows |
On Standard, the assistant and the entity panel run every domain at bronze automatically. On Pro, you can request silver or gold per call. If you ask for a tier your plan does not include, the assistant tells you which plan unlocks it instead of silently downgrading.
Enterprise
Enterprise is not a longer checkbox list; it is a different deployment model. Enterprise tenants run on a dedicated tenant stack: their own data plane and telemetry store, isolated from every other tenant. See Enterprise and Tenant isolation.
Contact sales@constellation.space for:
- Custom-trained prediction models on your program's telemetry
- SSO and dedicated support
- Deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP, AWS GovCloud, or on-premises and air-gapped environments
Platform API access
Access to the platform HTTP API is provisioned per tenant, not per Stripe plan. Tenants authenticate with an API key (x-api-key header) issued when the tenant is set up; there is no self-serve key purchase in the checkout flow today. If you need API access, start from Security overview and API authentication, or contact sales for a tenant.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Open Settings, Account in the console.
- Choose Upgrade plan or Change plan.
- Standard and Pro complete through Stripe checkout; Enterprise routes to a sales engagement.
Plan changes take effect immediately; the assistant model and unlocked prediction tiers switch with the plan.
